Dear James, Daniel and Emily,
Daniel interrupted his breakfast by dashing off to the bathroom to throw up. He has been fine since then but I kept him home just in case so I am staying home with all 3 kids as well. Which might be just as well as I am starting to not feel so good either.
I posted some new pictures on Picasa from Kim's trip to the zoo yesterday and Kirk's birthday party last night. It is interesting to watch all of these people age. I have a different perspective as the youngest sibling, who is also married to a younger woman. My kids are playing with my parents great grandkids, and that keeps me feeling young.
NBA Thoughts
I ended up watching most of the second half of the Nuggets-Lakers game, not by choice, there was nothing else worth watching on so Kim kept going back to it. And while the Lakers won I can honestly say it was it was one of the worse NBA games I have watched in a while. I am not sure if it was uneven officiating, poor play or both but it just wasn't much fun to watch. Play was so uneven, and the refs made sure that no team ever got into any rythm, and if it wasn't the refs it was the coaches. All I can say is if I feel like this after my favorite team wins it is a good sign for my objectivity, but not a good sign for the product of NBA 'basketball'.
