Baby update

So last night Kim called around 8 to say that she thought she was going into labor, but she was going to take her lunch and see if things calmed down, which they did. But she had trouble the rest of the night as her job basically entails standing and walking around, which can induce labor very easily at this point.

And she had a rough night as far as sleep, so I stayed home to take James to school, and then call the Dr. to see if they wanted her to just take the remainder of the week off, in which case she would need a note from the Dr. So I got into work late and will work later to compensate. But it is all guess work at this point, she gets periodic contractions all the time, but not consistent or very long.

So I am trying to keep the household on an even keel, especially James, in the midst of pending chaos. Wish me luck.
