No baby yet... I know that she is still not close to the due date, but from Kim's feelings it just seems like the baby is more than ready.
1. So this weekend I had the fun of dealing with 2 things only parents get to cope with. On Friday night James was complaining about his ear, said there was something in it. Well once we got home and I looked he had the tip of a colored pencil stuck in there. I have no idea how he did it. We were able to get it out, and it didn't damage anything, but we did have to give him a lecture about sticking things in your ear.
2. Then on Saturday I took the boys to Wal Mart while Kim was at work, we were in the toy area, Daniel was looking at the young kids toys on the back wall while I was looking at the legos with James. I yelled for Daniel, and he didn't come, so I walked over and he was gone! So I started looking down aisles, getting more and more frantic. Finally I notified a clerk, who had them broadcast a 'Code Adam'. For those of you not familiar with this mechanism, which originated in Wal Mart but is now kind of industry wide, 'Code Adam' means that the entrances to the store are blocked and all clerks immediately start looking for the missing child. Well to make a long story short a clerk found Daniel pretty quickly, but in Produce, on the far side of the store. So I learned to keep a much closer eye on Daniel in stores. I don't know if he had actually wandered that far in that time or if he had some 'help', but I will be far more careful in the future.
