So King Soopers threw a monkey wrench into our plans. Kim was scheduled to work Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. She was able to negotiate down half of the Christmas Day shift though.
So the upshot is that we will not have a Christmas Eve party this year (but next year it should return). But instead we will host a Christmas Dinner at our house at 2. So for those of you who read this who were planning on attending the Christmas eve party, if you don't have plans for Christmas Day at 2, come on over.
