Weekend plan and some success

Dear James, Daniel and Emily,

I think, although this could change, but I think I can resume my Saturday morning strength training then trip to the Y for treadmill run this weekend. I don't foresee any reason not to be able to do that. Sunday will be tricky, because I can't leave too early because the kids will undoubtedly wake up early and want to search for Easter eggs and I want to be there for that (plus Kim would not like it if I left that up to her.) But if I wait too late then I start interfering with getting ready for the rest of the Easter festivities. Since I have a long run planned again this week that makes the timing a little difficult.

Changing back on my calorie intake has already helped, so I will stick to that for now. It just takes a little more willpower. I just have to remind myself that in order to rebuild some habits it is best to stick with the skills I learned from Zen Habits, take 1 bad habit at a time to break. So in this case I just need to start with the evening snacking, then I can start to changing some of my day time habits.
